Classroom training delivered at your premises

Care Skilled expert trainers can deliver over 200 different social care and clinical courses on a date to suit you at your premises and at a set day rate. This is the most cost effective way of training your staff.

Scheduled classroom training

Over 200 different social care and clinical courses delivered by our expert trainers, held at one of our training centres, are available for a very competitive per person delegate rate. You can send as little as one member of your team or a handful – whatever your business needs. eLearning opportunities

With over 100 eLearning courses, Care Skilled offers clients and their staff one of the widest selections of distance tuition in the UK. Choose from one-off individual lessons on a pay per course basis or you can open an account with us. For clients taking the account option, access your own dashboard and buy new eLearning courses on credit. We then bill you on account. Blended learning for maximum flexibility

Staff members can take the knowledge part of their studies online with our eLearning option and they can top this up with a classroom session for the skills and confirmation aspects of their education. Learners complete the eLearning part of their studies at your and their convenience. Once they’ve passed the online element, you can then book them in for the classroom session. Classroom sessions last, on average, 2 hours and they deal with the practical aspects of the course. The eLearning part of our blended system offers you value for money and offers your staff convenience. We can deliver up to four courses in a day for the price of one classroom course saving you up to 75%.

Qualifications

Care Skilled can deliver all social care qualifications where the funding is provided by Skills for Care WDF, Adult Learning Loans, and Apprenticeships. We offer the following diplomas:

• L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• L3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• L4 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• L5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• L3 Diploma in Management
• L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• L7 Diploma in Strategic Management (useful for professionally qualified staff for whom an L5 Care Management qualification would be a step backwards)
